Photographer / Director George Kamper's had the opportunity to shoot at the newly opened World Equestrian Center hotel in Ocala, Florida for their event that was a celebrity-chef-led celebration featuring three days of culinary competition, beer, wine and spirits education and samples of extraordinary cuisine. The multipurpose World Equestrian Center – Ocala, the largest equestrian facility in the United States.

George approached this from a documentary perspective rather than bringing lighting and production gear. All the photos were done with an eye to natural light and reportage. George attended several amazing wine, champagne, and food tastings to gather as many of the experiences being offered. All lead by hosts that are masters in their field. Over 20 local restaurants, premium wineries, breweries and distilleries during the Friday night Welcome Party sponsored by Ethel M Chocolates featuring live music by country-rock band LOCASH. The Saturday afternoon Taste of Ocala main stage hosted a series of demonstrations led by celebrity chefs, including Lorena Garcia, Art Smith and Ocala’s own pitmaster, Rashad Jones of Big Lee's BBQ.
