When you have a huge blank wall, what’s more inspiring than adding a mural to create a fun atmosphere for your employees and clients. Creating a statement wall can make an instant impact. It can be customized to your brand by adding imagery, values, history, or anything that represents what your company is passionate about.
When Meghan illustrates for wall murals she’s inspired by the company’s culture, their values and their passions. The playful wall mural she created for Careington’s breakroom is a great example of that. She was inspired by anything and everything that a breakroom provides. It’s a place to relax, eat, chat with coworkers, read, draw, listen to music and have company catered lunches or snacks.
When she was approached about creating the wall mural, she envisioned a collage of breakroom related images for the wall. She started sketching out different types of food, drinks and even people enjoying each other’s company in her sketchbook. Then she took her sketches and recreated them in Procreate on her iPad. After the draft of the mural and color palette was approved, Meghan took the illustration and made it ready for the printer to print and install.
Meghan said, “It’s amazing to see your art on a large canvas and I’m very excited for the employees to have a creative place to have fun and relax too.” The breakroom design has been featured in The Dallas Morning News, The Dallas Business Journal and Dallas Innovates.
